Customer abuse

Never got a response after calling numerous times to their corporate office. Even told them that they may be sued over the treatment.

But their corporate office failed in the delivery of the messages left.

My boyfriend even called with no results. Its been almost...

Hi, My name is Mary and I visited a Mission Ave store location in the city of Oceanside Ca. I entered the location with two other adults and a seven year kid in whom is by nephew.

My nephew was approached by the manager of the and was asked if he had stolen the shirt he was wearing. My nephew then runs to me and tells me what had just happened. After he departs from the presence of the store manager does one of his grandparents enters into the store. she is the other adults in whom I was with upon entering.

The same question was put to her as well. The clothing was purchased sometime prior within days ago in whom is displayed on clothing racks outside of the store. I was severally upset and I asked them was to what right they have in asking a seven year kid a question like that. It is as if to accuse him of stealing.

I mind you that this event took place on the 7th day of Sept. Went back into the store 0n the 8th of Sept to get the names of the management and got no helpful response. This was sent to the corporate office sometime ago. I had a even worse treatment sometime ago last year at another location where the closing manager was argumentative accusing me of theft on a returning merchandise.

I responded with a contact information about a week after that incident and got no response at all. So now I am threatening to the media where more information will then be provided than will be contained here.

For this is only a comment and a review line. People should be treated
with dignity and respect regardless of race, color, religion and other criterias set forth by law.

Preferred solution: Retrain the employess on customer care and reduce management to a lower rack until the terms of customer care are statisfied

I got rang wrong and bad customer service

I got charged for a product that I did not purchase the good thing was that I did not walk out of the store I went over product by product and notice that I did not purchase at the picture contact your manager George and when he came back there he was like oh we could do the refund cuz you don't never purchased that but other than that whatever you purchase there's no refund or exchange because the store is going to close down and he walked away to call a manager higher than him and then he comes back to tell me that he wasn't able to do an exchange that I wanted to do and they can share started to be rude also when I asked for corporate number she didn't give me the number and she let me standing there and then she move to the next register to help other guests she did not apologize she just said it was my bad and when I first went walked up to the register her she didn't said it was Final sale

The manager and one of employee treats me like second class

I went to one of the store in adress 899 Grafton st worcester ma 01604 ,I stayed in the line to pay and employee didn’t know the price of products as it was not having tag and she went and come with another cloth more expensive and tell me it’s the one and I said the one I saw with tag was $15, and while I was ther another man was purchasing his clothes and he had to go pick something else and all clients was waiting for him,he bought and he was gone, I stayed at the line till my time, only one counter was having employee saving people, when it was my time I had to go and take the clothes which was having tag and a person before me was saved and she had a lot of clothes and I had to wait until she was done, I came and tell her I got the one with tag ,she told me start a new line which was so unfair cause I was already there, she starts urging and call the manager and manager starts telling me I don’t need drama and it’s your problems cause you didn’t call manager, and both of them starts throwing words to me every kind of word you know,I ask them why they treated me that way the manager didn’t care and she was telling that employee she is stressing ,which means me ,she is a drama person,I felt so bad and I went to the car and cry

Poor Management Ethics

Sadly, my brother was terminated by Jenny Swenson who kept verbally changing my brother’s shift, but differed on paper. Based on those facts my brother had prior arrangements because of what was verbally stated, and he became ill. If this was further investigated my brother spoke up for himself, out of retaliation he was scheduled on days he was typically had days off from, and his hours were cut to re-hire someone who was recently released from prison.

Again, contact your local State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affair if you have an issue. This is why they went bankrupt many of the stores closed, especially around Massachusetts.

I've made several attempts and got nothing. I've got a claim going with better business bureau.

They sent them something. So im still waiting. It just amazes me how one call or text could have resolved this.

I'm a manager and that's not how you take care of your customers. Some company's have no standards.

Unlike how shopping use to be. You did have to be very careful about where you go and the policies and procedures of any shopping store. That is the policy of Fallas. I know how you feel. I went through the same process when I lived in Georgia and I felt the same way as you.

Scary and very unsafe

I was shopping for household decore such as sheets, towels and pillows. The entire rack was loose wasn't aware until I took the item down. The rack fell in my hands and arms, i yelled several times for help no one came period. I had to get someone by dropping everything and walking to look for help. Not a positive move on the company. I went into the store in Santa Maria and I was treated badly by a manager she was rude and talked down to me like I was an idiot I asked for her name from a mother employee they said it was Charlotte and they said she speaks to everyone like that. How can you have a manager representing you company in this manner. She seemed bothered that she had to help me or answer any of my questions isn’t her job customer service.

i am writing to tell you how unhappy i am that one of my favorite stores in kingman arizona is closing. this store is the only store in our area. people drive from bullhead , kingman , golden valley , yucca, lake havasu, just to come shop at your store. they have already taken every other reasonably priced store out of this area.

not understanding why you would close this store. maybe you should close stores down that have 2 or 3 stores in the same area. please reconsider.

you are leaving us with 2 choices to shop and thats walmart or ross(. which nobody likes)to shop at please let me know what i would need to do for you to reconsider .thank you robyn wallen 760-881-****

Fix the ac in tucson store

I went into one of your stores in tucson,az and the ac was not working i had to leave after 10min because i felt like i was going to pass out literally i asked a worker what happend they said ac broke i said ah man today? No try 4 months ago i couldnt believe it. I cant believe you have your employees working in that store with no ac especially in 113 degree weather. Please fix
