I called two of your stores Evergreen and River Oaks I purchase some things from the Markham store and wanted to exchange them the people today is 614 18 both of the stores the manager wouldn't come out the bathroom in the River Oaks store and get on the phone her name was Tia the cashier that answered the phone she going to ask me did not just talk to you and tell you the same thing you have no customer service experience at all you don't talk to nobody that spends they money in the store like that your Markham store does not have gift cards where I can get my money back when I purchased some items on the 13th of this month and the cashiers are rude they all need to go in training on customer service I'm very pissed off unsatisfied customer 708-271-**** I will please like for someone to give me a call from the corporate office ASAP Brown is the name with your disrespectful cashier's managers supervisors whatever they are called and how do you sell a product if you can't even look it up in the computer to see if another store has it what kind of inventory are you guys doing need to call the IRS and do an audit very much disgusted with the whole thing everybody's just being ignorant your Canterbury Markham store your Evergreen Park store and your River Oaks store in on Torrence everybody was ignorant you need to be like Starbucks every teacher employees how to have customer service

Discrimitory Poor Customer Service
This morning at store#0442, I inquired about earbuds,in which the cashier stated they were all out.However, I questioned her about the ones kept behind the counter, she says," I didn't tell you about these because the cost is $10, and I thought you wanted the cheap ones". At this point, I'm offended, why would she judge that I couldn't afford them.
I asked Daliana, a question,"Is it because,I'm African American, that you think I couldn't afford the ear buds", Her answer was"Yes", to make sure she fully understood what I was implying,I asked again and her answer was yes. Having also admitted to the store manager that she understood.
I will never step foot in any other Fellas department store, being a Newark Native for 37, this is by far the worst experience of customer service. Thank you, Dialana

I worked there
The customer service is terrible. I was looking for a job to past time while I prepared to relocate to another state and applied for their position, in Winston-Salem, NC.
I encountered several terrible situations while there. For one they had poor communication and were rude to the customers. One day the news stated it would snow the next day and the manager told me we still had to come. I drove an hour to work just to get there and the manager never showed up to let me in.
She stated she texted everyone who's number she had on hand. I was pissed because I could have recked or anything and she did not bother trying to get in contact with me. It was appalling that she didn't even have my contact information at all. I informed her my number is the same number I applied with and she stated she no longer had any of my contact info.
There were times were the stock crew priced items wrong and they refused to give the as advertised price and would cuss the customers out. Once I was hired a went to work dressed business casual, because all my clothes were business causal due to my previous line of work(financing). I was called out by the manager who did not even pull me aside to inform me the dress code is black or khaki slack and a red polo shirt. Everyone wore club attire, so I had no idea.
The customer service was absolutely poor whenever a customer walked in with child they would tell them "Make sure you keep your kids with you we don't allow kids walking around this store". (Which I understand if the kid is a toddler or even 8 or 9 and younger) One day as I rung a customer up she sent her son to pick out one last item, they told her that he was not allowed to walk around without her and she would have to accompany him because he could mess up the store. The women and her husband was pissed that they would assume something like that of her child and mostly because her son was in high school, but looked as if he was in middle school. I was only a cashier at the time but I noticed the stocking was terrible.
On my first night closing, I was informed that they don't clean the store they briefly fix things. It explained why the place was filthy. I can also recall working with a manager on duty that had the flu because none of the other managers would cover her. She smelled like puke and threw up all over the office.
The room was never thoroughly cleaned and we had to smell the fumes all day. Overall the place is trash but it was easy money because the standards are terribly low.
I found a new job after working there for a month I could not take how ghetto the employees were and how dirty the store was. Our manager would talk down to us after not allowing us to clean the store about how dirty it was.
