I have the receipt that says 30 day exchange only policy but she can't
Cashier's so rude that I haven't open my mouth for the first "letter"of the word exchange only cuz, the items were so tight that the label should be somewhat inaccurate ,my eyeball measures follow the mistake on the label.But anyway I just wanted to exchange for a better stretch of the items to fit. And the lady even bursted more of her anger to me a customer?
She said that all sales are final but my receipt clearly reminds your customer & give 30 days for exchanges.I bought those items only less than 24 hrs ago.I said ok can we break a little of your own rule by offering her that I'm going to buy more of the other items in the store but then again her head went up so high and said no all sales are final. And I calmly said ok All sales are final to interpret that I'm not gonna be your customer anymore.I hope this long line here heard all your hardened policy to "protect your company"that way.

Manager at store number 235 was very unprofessional with customers in line. There were approximately 10 customers in line, however the manager would not take any other customers nor did she open up a register.

I went to the Fallas store in Bridgeport, CT. I purchased a comforter set for $19.99 few days I realized the comforter had few defects.
I attempted to exchange the item for like kind. I was told by the store assistance manager Erica I would need to bring the shams back. Today (02/10/2916) I attempted to exchange the items. Fallas now want to charge me an additional $7.99 although both comforters is at equal value.
The head store manager informed me she can not do anything.
How can a store sell defective item and you have to pay additional money to exchange the item. Bad customer service practices.
